student attendance count
could you help me figure out how to do this?
I want to know how many students attended (at least 1) class in the last 7 days.
That number is your 1 Week Week Student Count. And that number might look like this:
One Week Active (1/7/'11): 150 students
Then I want the two week active: 170 (this is how many students attended classes in the last 2 weeks.
Then I want the 2-weeks plus list (that's 1 to 4 weeks).
Then I want 4 weeks plus.
is this possible? i hope so:) thanks for your help

Thanks for your inquiry Mrs. Strongheart. We like your idea and have a workaround that may help. If you go to a student's profile and click on "Attendance", you can search attendance records during a specific time period. This will list how many attendances that student has for a given time frame.
In your case, I realize you're looking for a report that allows you to generate large numbers of students based on a pre-determined class count. While we don't currently have this report available, I'm pleased to announce that we are planning to roll out a brand new "RANKS" summary.
This RANKS feature will give you a snapshot of each program at your school, the number of students enrolled and even let you see the number of students at each belt rank for that program.
Furthermore, we are tying an "Attendance Score" to each program and rank. We are confident that this will make it simple to evaluate how strong your attendance is for a program and even assess the attendance of each rank. To make things interesting, you can even challenge your advanced ranks who may be posting a lower attendance score than your beginner belts.
This work has been started and will be finalized in the upcoming weeks.
Please let us know how you like it and whether it provides the end result you are looking for.
