You can set each student as "Active" or not. The link is on the right side on the student's page.

After a student has been marked as inactive ( we didnt think she was coming back), how do I find the student to re-activate her? I tried entering her as a new student and got a name already used message. Attempts to download inactive students caused an error message. Id like to be able to pull her up and re-activate her instead of entering all information again.
    Thanks,
    Ed

Although I can download the inactive students. I cannot look at them to re-activate them. Is there some work around there?

When you click on the students name in the inactive section, what happens?

From the dashboard, I click on students and pull down to all inactive students. At this point the page refreshes and says:
Oops, we seem to have a glitch in our system.

I have never seen the inactive students other than in a downloaded file.
