Attendance Check-in

Here is some general info about Attendance Check-in:

1. The Attendance Check-in page requires you to login separately from the rest of the application. This is for security purposes. If your check-in "kiosk" is in the front of your school, you can be logged in only on the attendance check-in, and no one can tamper with the rest of your account. By default, when you log into the check-in page, it will automatically log you out from the rest of your account.

2. ID numbers can be anywhere between 1 and 10 digits long. We recommend the last four digits of their home phone number, or their birthday ("0101" for Jan. 1st).

3. If a student is part of more than one program, and the check-in with the ID number, a box will pop up asking them select which program they are checking in for.

4. Students can check-in only one time per program per day. If they belongs to three programs, they can check-in for each program only once a day. If they try to check-in with the same program, they will see a message of "You've already checked in today."

5. You can check-in a student for the same program twice in one day by manually entering it in (on their "profile" page or on the main attendances page).
